Iaido is a Japanese martial art focusing on the drawing, cutting and sheathing of the Japanese Sword in response to unexpected attacks. The art focuses primarily on solo Kata (Forms), building a strong sense of self awareness and a deep understanding of self as related to the surrounding world.

The program, acting as an extension of Doshi-Kai Kendo and Iaido Dojo, focuses primarily on the twelve Kata of Seitei Iaido, as overseen by the All United States Kendo Federation (AUSKF).
